Good governance is fundamental to the integrity of Metro Land Council’s operations. Metro is fortunate to have had the resources to develop good governance and working protocols.



We are committed to sharing this knowledge and experience with other Land Councils.

Metro is community orientated but also has to operate in a commercially sound manner.  Office holders and staff are bound to observe its code of conduct and its policy & procedures when carrying out the functions of Metro.

Metro employ professional and skilled staff to carry out its business under the direction of the members and Office Bearers. Without motivated and capable staff Metro would not be in the position to achieve the goals it does now.
